Roles & Responsibilities

Ok, so this blog is an attempt to capture all the activities, planning and preparation for the Lowther FamJam 2006. We've started a fairly active email thread.....Meg, Lynn, Cynthia, Will, Ann, Geoff, et al. Now its time to centralize all the decisions in a simple-to-read, sythesized format. Hence the blog.

Here's what we've decided so far (please correct, revise, post if this is NOT accurate):

1. Timeframe - June 2006
2. Location - Three Stallion Inn : Randolph, Vermont
3. Responsibilities :

• Hotel Reservations - Lynn, Geoff
• Activities - Ann, Will
• Dinners - Meg, Lynn & others (please volunteer!)
• Slideshow - Meg & Need Someone Else Here !
• Save the Date, Invites, phone/email book - Cynthia & Tom
• Other stuff......
